Your website is easy to use and the humans behind it are lovely and very helpful. But adding to or changing orders is difficult/impossible and the communication to shipping isn’t great
I submitted 3 orders on the 25th. I’ve received 1 and have had no communication on the other 2. I’ve got trades lined up and no materials or timings. And it’s late according to your turn around times. This is letting you down massively.
