It was so refreshing to deal with such a knowledgable, prompt and patient person, Melanie was just wonderful to deal with. Not pushy, so patient, kind and helpful. Melanie was super prompt answering my million questions regarding our bathroom Reno and I never felt like I was putting her out. Thank you for your excellent service!
