I have received the most incredible customer service from Melanie and Ellie. While I'm not making a purchase with The Blue Space today I certainly will be in the future and will recommend you to friends and family. Ellie was able to provide me with really helpful information via chat and suggested I ring through to the sales team (giving me both the phone number and the option to press, when to ring etc). I was lucky enough to get Melanie on the phone this morning and she was incredibly friendly and helpful, looking up extra information for me in the specs and even ringing a supplier to find out about alternate products. Honestly, in a stressful situation this meant a lot to me and I'm really impressed with the time and tone both of these employees took. This type of service is not easy to find and I wanted to say thank you and congratulations.
