Due to Christmas/New Years there was a delay in my order, to be expected at that time of year. My order somehow went astray once I got the notice it was being packed to send. After a couple of phone conversations and some investigating from Ellie, it was agreed that a new one would be sent out as the other one had gone missing. I would like to thank Ellie for her time and diligence in following this matter up for me. My product arrived today and I'm grateful for the numerous emails keeping me up to date with how my order was going.
