I stumbled across this website half way through our bathroom renovation. The items they have are amazing! Unfortuntely we were unaware of just how vast a difference there is across companies who stock brushed brass. After receiving everything and being so excited to be able to finish the bathroom, we were upset by the vast colour difference. The Blue Space customer service team however, were truely amazing. The person who was corresponding with us, Aliti, was exteremly helpful, paitent, and very friendly. I was actually nervous about the outcome but the return process of the items was very easy. I do my homework so this doesn't happen, however, it did this time and I can not commend this company and the customer service support team enough, for making me feel like this was okay and that returning the items as long as we didn't try to install them, very easy. We were also given links to a samples page and given extra information about the vast difference's between companies and their brushed brass and gold collections. Definitely do your homework, on what you want, but prices, delivery times, and stock that The Blue Space has, I definitely recommend lookiong around and giving them a go!
