The real difference I have found with them as opposed to a few other suppliers I have used is when things go wrong, they bend over backwards to help, when you really need the support. I had an issue with a Caroma product and the Blue Space team helped me do a warranty claim with Caroma. On another order I chose the wrong type of inwall cistern package and they were so helpful with my return, even though it was around a month since I had purchased it (my plumber was delayed, so I didn't realise my mistake until then) Big thanks to Shilla, Ellie, Alice and Dianna. I also really like the delivery service - they keep you in the loop with heaps of communication so you know exactly when your item will be delivered.
