Ordered champagne set with two glasses as a gift for my sister. On arrival both glasses were smashed and box was a mess. Complained to bottle club and was offered 10% refund (no where near the value of the glasses) which I refused. Weeks later following poor communication from arrogant people in unidentified roles did not resolve the issues. Money grabbing cowboys ðŸ¤
