“Avoid This Company – Completely Incompetent!
I placed an order on TikTok Shop on March 15, and what should have been a simple purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare.
The courier attempted to collect my order three times but failed due to issues on the company’s end. After weeks of back and forth with customer service, they acknowledged the mistake but still failed to dispatch my order in a timely manner. Despite multiple reassurances, I have been left with zero tracking details and no concrete answers.
Even after calling their customer service directly (since emails got me nowhere), I spoke to someone who still had no idea where my order was or when it would be shipped. Absolutely disgraceful. I’ve now demanded a callback from management, but based on their level of incompetence so far, I have zero confidence that they will resolve this properly.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!”
“Ordered 24 bottles of German wheatbeer, but only got delivered the alcohol free version. After initial offer of a swap of unwanted beer against originally ordered and paid for version (which is more expensive), no further replies or email answers anymore to my question how and when this swap will occur. They ignore all emails and don't answer their phone line. At the end they delivered to me a cheaper alcohol free beer version and kept the higher price for the Paulaner Weissbeer paid for. Total cheats and can only warn anybody to order from them!!!”
“Ordered 3 bottles + miniatures but only 2 bottles delivered + miniatures, can’t get a response from them through email or telephone absolutely disgraceful company to deal with, no customer service skills at all, avoid at all cost all you are doing is throwing your money away if you deal with them.”

Subject: Delivery problem 229828
I placed an order with The Bottle Company for a Spirits, which has still not been delivered to me.
I have not yet received my delivery and our originally agreed delivery date is now overdue.
The Consumer Rights Act makes it clear that I have a contract with you as the retailer and it is your responsibility to ensure I receive my order. As such I am now making time of the essence to our contract. Please, help🙏🏻My husband is high rate disabled, using oxygen to breath, copd- and im on antidepressants. Family is big, 14 kids. Every penny counts, but made online order from the bottle club, for 138 pounds- and not getting fast paid delivery- this is so disturbing , no respinse, no delivery, no answering calls. Just robbed us…now my husbands condition got worse, asking me- where is order- th the family meeting party…I want to redelivery my order as soon as possible
If you are unable to do so I will be entitled to consider our contract at an end and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price and any delivery charges.

“Ordered champagne set with two glasses as a gift for my sister. On arrival both glasses were smashed and box was a mess. Complained to bottle club and was offered 10% refund (no where near the value of the glasses) which I refused. Weeks later following poor communication from arrogant people in unidentified roles did not resolve the issues. Money grabbing cowboys 🤠”
