Avoid This Company – Completely Incompetent! I placed an order on TikTok Shop on March 15, and what should have been a simple purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare. The courier attempted to collect my order three times but failed due to issues on the company’s end. After weeks of back and forth with customer service, they acknowledged the mistake but still failed to dispatch my order in a timely manner. Despite multiple reassurances, I have been left with zero tracking details and no concrete answers. Even after calling their customer service directly (since emails got me nowhere), I spoke to someone who still had no idea where my order was or when it would be shipped. Absolutely disgraceful. I’ve now demanded a callback from management, but based on their level of incompetence so far, I have zero confidence that they will resolve this properly. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!
