Outstanding customer service, really lovely, friendly staff too, particularly Alice on the phone. Lewis was amazing on the session and really made my son feel welcome and part of the group. My son (13 and autistic) felt very comfortable, and everything was clearly explained and easy to follow. He can't wait for his next session!
