I will never order from this company again! First inconvenience was that my daughters dress was shipped to a different state! Second inconvenience was that they wont let you exchage for a different size. I was not interested nor expecting a refund all I wanted was to exchange for different size. There are several other companys that carry the same dresses and will allow you to exchange. Now I'm stuck with a wedding dress that she cannot wear. I do not and will not recommend this store to anyone.
