“I bought a dress for my son's wedding in April. Had a great experence at the showroom. The salesperson (Annette) was very helpful and patient. I found a few good options but could not decide what I want. That same date I placed an order online for a dress I saw at the showroom but a few days later I received a message that the dress was sold out. Not sure how your inventory works. Fortunately, the store worked with me to find the same dress in a larger size (which was even better) at the showroom discount price. It all worked out at the end. Getting a lot of great comments on the Terani dress. I never receive $20 deposit back.”

“First, I'll say that I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's prom. I placed the order on 4/12 and they arrived 4/17. Price is very reasonable, the dresses were beautiful and they arrived within 5 days. Second, I ordered these dresses ONLY because it clearly stated on the website "EASY RETURNS". I requested a return on 4/22, within 5 days of receipt of the dresses; they are unworn, in the original packaging with tags intact. However, I was then told that they will only accept returns/refunds for 2 brands on their website. This was not clear any where on the website and I think this is predatory advertising. The return/refund policy is seriously misleading and dishonest.”

“Im sad and upset, because they didn't return the money in my card, because the dress didn't fit me, they give me a store credit but that is the same of loose my money, because I m not going to buy more dresses there. That is a way to steal money, I'm not going to buy more dress I don't need it. Don't recommend that page”

“The dress is GORGEOUS!! That gets 5 stars!! Be careful, if you order from the "warehouse" vs "NYDress" even though they are the same company the price is different. I made the mistake and accidentally ordered from the warehouse and was charged the full amount instead of the on sale price I saw online. When emailed they did not care to help fix it stating prices are subjected to change. Good old bait and switch method. I even snap shot the sale price and they did not care. Another warning, I used the size chart and it did not fit and I needed a larger size. I called at first they refused to let me exchange, stating all sales are final. I pretty much had to beg stating I did not want to return I just need a size up and the manager made an exception but I had to pay for shipping and return. Although the dress is GORGEOUS, I do not like this company.”
