“The quality of the dress and materials used is outstanding just two things the shipment periods takes time and most of general sizes are sold out and this make the choice is difficult just you need to have many dresses.”

“The dress I purchased is beautiful, but sadly it didn't fit, (even though I measured before ordering and have ordered the same designer before), so I am stuck with a $1000 dress that doesn't fit and can't be altered.”

“Hello there 1. I ASKED NOT TO DECLARE the total amount but you did and i paid taxes. 2. The jovani Jumpsuit its defected and you didn't tell me so.!! 3. The two dresses the same brand DIVINE are size S which I choose according to the table chart, but to my surprise one of them (the Sequined with tall sleeves) was good and fit my size, the second couldn't close eventhough it's the same brad the same size. ....so your describe table chart was misleading. I MUST SEND IT BACK TO YOU Please reply Thanks”

“Bought two dresses recently, both size 12. The first dress fit perfectly, and was a pleasure to wear to my event. Got lots of compliments! The second one is really too large snd too long and will need to be substantially altered. I do not live in the us and so returning the item is not an option. Not quite sure what I could have done differently to avoid the second occurrence.”

“The Dress is beautiful but I ordered a 14 and followed the measurement guide and it sadly did not work for me at all. It was much too small and I wish I could exchange it for another size.”

“The photo and description of my item did not show that there is a large sheer opening on the sides. If I knew this I would not have ordered it as I need to get it taken in and this makes it more difficult. The dress did come quickly but due to the no return policy if it can not be altered because of something they didn't disclose I will be out $250”

“The dress I bought I've never worn, it's beautiful I loved it but I can see the beads falling off and that's really bad, I called them to solve the problem but I didn't get any response.”

“The sizing for the dress I ordered was off tremendously. I used exact measurements based on the brands chart and was left with a non-refundable dress that is 3 sizes too large and have to figure out how to resell it. It would be great to have a return policy.”
