“Hello I got the dress, it looks good, but the quality is so poor. My zipper broke the very first time I tried it. I was very disappointed with the quality of it”

“I purchased three absolutely beautiful dresses from Dress warehouse. The craftsmanship Was impeccable, however only one of the dresses actually fit me. The other two dresses said one size but were visibly smaller. I ended up having to purchase two more dresses from Somewhere else. Also, thses dresses were all final sale so I have two very expensive dresses thet i can not wear. I would not shop with this company again. Im cery disappointed.”

“Absolutely no returns. So unless your CERTAIN of your size & the fit of the dress I wouldn’t order from this site. The dress I purchased had zero stretch and the AUS to US sizing is waaay off. Now I am stuck with a beautiful but useless dress.”

“Giving it 2 Star because your customer service response time and efficiency was great. I’m a size US4 in all department and boutique stores and generally most brands unless I am ordering from Some Chinese website then I go 2 sizes up! Dress 1: assuming this is US retailer, I ordered my actual size 4 and when the dress came, it was too small. Returned for exchange, ordered a different dress size 6. Received a complete random size 15 dress. Returned it again Finallyy dress size 6 arrived and unfortunately too small (even though I ordered 2 sizes up from my current size). With the inconvenience of so many returns, planing duty multiple times - I decided to donate the last dress which didn’t fit. Very disappointed with the sizing and also, quality of the product not as you see it on screen.”

“My original order arrived with an empty box, only the dress bag was sent. You sent me a replacement dress but I had to pay duties and taxes again and it was a day before my event so I didn’t get a chance to get it altered.”

“The shipping was fast but the dress was les than impressive. The top was come here apart in several areas and the seam on my right side was not seen leaving a hole that had to be pinned together for our formal event. I have always heard great things about La Femme m, unfortunately, i doubt i'll buy another for future events.”

“I received the totally wrong product and was hung up on by customer service while explaining the situation. I was able to send the product back for a refund but since the original product was no longer in stock, I was put in a bit of a bind trying to find another dress on such short notice. I was disappointed about not receiving any sort of apology or discount in hopes to remedy/ help the situation.”

“Very disappointed with the amount I paid and unable to return either dress. I am a size 4 and small in shape. I ordered 8 thinking they will be big and can be adjusted in but the dresses are small and I am not able to return and get my credit/money back. There should be an easy policy to return and get fully reimbursed for shipping and amount paid. New York dress should be flexible customers so that customers will come back to them and will be happy to buy dresses.”

“The quality of the dress did not look anything like the pictures and it ran smaller than explained in the sizing. The material looks much cheaper in person even though the dress cost me over 200 dollars”

“They didn’t tell me I would be the one to pay the fedex duties. I was charged duties of like half the price of the outfit. When I bought from other sellers, they took care of the duties.”
