The return policy is non-existent! In that unless it's 1 of TWO brands, there is no return, only an exchange WITH a restocking fee. DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE THE DRESS WORKS FOR YOU. Why am I returning? Because they didn't arrive as stated - they arrived AFTER the event. Waited on hold for 10 minutes to talk to a representative and at exactly 10 minutes I was bumped to voicemail stating no one was available. RIP OFF.
