I ordered some flowers to be delivered on my mum's birthday but forgot she was overseas. The process to change the delivery day was hassle-free. Judging by the gushing message she sent after receiving them, the quality of the flowers was outstanding. Or, it could be that I have just set the bar really low as a gift-giving son over the years and she is just grateful to receive anything. I prefer to think it is the former.
