Ordered flowers at 8am for lateset 2pm delivery, only to get an email at 1.10pm to say that they cant find a supplier to carry out. Avoid this comapnt, there just terrible, oh, and there contact number dosent work, so you can phone them either. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I ordered flowers day before I wanted delivered and received order confirmation. The following day, when the flowers should have been delivered I received and email apologising and saying that they were "unable to keep their promise" as all the florists were fully booked. Ruined my day and made me look very bad indeed. A truly shocking service that I will never use again. They are a disgrace.

Appalling service! I placed 3 'next day delivery' orders before 5pm on a weekday and immediately received messages saying all 3 orders were confirmed. The next day (also a weekday, and the day the flowers were due to be delivered) I received messages at 11.30am telling me that delivery had not been possible and my orders had been cancelled. When I contacted the Flower Shop to ask if they could do better than this, I was told there was nothing they could do. The result is that I have placed new orders with a different company, and the flowers will all arrive later than planned. On the basis of this experience, I would advise against using this company.

I ordered flowers that were supposedly available next day. At 11.00am in the morning you sent an email saying you could not fulfil the order (A bot late in the day) You should not make promises when you cannot deliver. To add to this, I now have to wait 5-10 days for a refund - outrageous! You expect to ne paid straight away - I expect my refund straight away. I will NOT be using your services again and I will spread the word!

Didn't deliver and sent apologetic email and suggested a delivery a day later despite having confirmed the order a day earlier and of course having taken he funds when the order placed several days earlier. A local florist providing service for specified dates that doesn't deliver isn't really an effective service. Avoid!!

I live in South Australia & ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, she lives in Bedfordshire England. I received photos of the flowers, which were delivered on time. They matched the picture from which I placed the order. My sister was delighted with them, therefore, so am I. I would definitely use them again.

Same situation as many of the other reviews below. Ordered flowers only to receive an email letting me know the order couldn't be fulfilled and saying the money would be refunded within 10 working days. Have had responses to emails sent - apologising and saying the matter would be looked into but ultimately nothing. Have finally managed to speak to a person today and they're going to escalate the matter. No refund received to date and my patience is running out with them. I couldn't recommend based on the service that I have received.

Ordered my daughter flowers for her 17th Birthday with plenty of time, I received an email after lunch on the day of the email to say they can't fulfill the order as all florists near by are fully booked. Call a florist within a few miles and they can fulfill the order, just a shocking service that they can't be bothered to deal with.

This company is shocking ! Paid good money for the delivery of flowers only to be told the day before the delivery that it couldn’t be for filled . Got an email saying they would refund my money 10 Days now and still waiting . Don’t answer the phone and on the one occasion I did get through left me on hold and didn’t answer .

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday from your website the standard Jewel Box bouquet. What she got was not what it ordered and i am really disappointed with what was delivered. If this had been on your site I would not have ordered it, certainly not for the price quoted it's one of the worst arrangements I have ever seen. Also I don't seem to have received an invoice which is odd. Sorry probably will not use you again.

This platform doesn't seem to let you edit reviews - so I need to add this RE the below. EDIT: The Flower Shops Network have been in touch with me asking me to change my review for money off a future order. This is alarming, and makes me question any and all of the higher rated reviews they have. They say they have rectified the situation. They did not. They issued a refund. But they did not acknowledge my request for compensation, and the whole issue relies on the fact that a) they took money for an order they were unable to fulfil, and following this b) they apparently sent me correspondence that I never received.

Ordered flowers and never had a confirmation they were delivered. When I chased this I was told I was emailed to say they could not fulfil the order. I have no record of this email - in my inbox, junk, deleted folders - no where. So somehow this wasn't sent or delivered... Something definitely off. Order has been refunded but no acknowledgement of compensation as requested.

Simply Terrible! Took my order in good faith and told me they could not fulfil after they were due to be delivered! Shocking, with no alternative available at such short notice. You send flowers for a reason, and don't expect to be let down like this. If zero stars was an option ...

I don’t ever write reviews but felt I should in this case. So disappointed with my order to express sympathy to a good friend. Bouquet did not replicate order at all and was mainly greenery. When the few flowers did bloom they did not fully open. The contract stipulated if any supply issues the product would be replaced with equivalent quantity and quality. No. A couple of emails expressing dissatisfaction with entire product and what was offered as compensation and subsequently been ignored. So sad for my friend who they were supposed to cheer up. I hope to get a satisfactory reply soon and that this feedback is taken on board.

Orderd flowers for my wife and they never arrived phoned them next morning flowers arrived but were about 10 pounds worth phoned local flowershop who stated that they told company they couldn't deliver the flowers on first day but can next which they did and they were paid for smallest bunch when I orderd the deluxe basically this company ripping people of ure paying for 60 or 70 pound flowers there send a bunch from local flower shops worth 10 pound avoid at all cost go direct to flower shop in ure Town don't be fooled there scammers offerd me a 20 percent of next order won't be happening pure con artist very sad indeed when flower were orderd for sick and ill person
