Took my money but no flowers delivered to a team member on the day requested. When I emailed to find out why the email couldn't be delivered and the phone number given does not respond. Absolute scam. this site needs taking down. The site overlapped a really reputable local florist. So angry

Ordered the flowers a week ago and get told on the day they were supposed to be delivered no florists available in my area! Total disaster why wait to tell me on the day of delivery clearly never intended to full fill the order

I’ve ordered flowers nearly 2 months ago from UK branch and told they where unable to deliver and that I would be refunded, and I am still waiting for my refund that’s via 2 emails sent saying it will be sorted. Order: 8029

Ordered a large bunch for my anniversary and they didn't arrive on the day. I replied to the order confirmation to ask for an update, then the next day I tried calling to ask for an update but neither the number on the order confirmation, or the number on the website would connect. I guess that's my cash gone and I'm left with a pi$$ed off wife ! I've contacted my bank to dispute the transaction and claim it back.

Order cancelled by the company and nearly 2 months later I am still battling to get a refund for what they charged my card. Awful service… I feel conned. I wouldn’t touch them tbh.

They took my order and my money then emailed me to say that they could not deliver, since December they won’t answer any emails, I am still waiting on my refund, absolutely disgraceful company. Do not use!!!

Your company are thieves. As with practically everyone on this site. You took my order and the cash. Then cancelled the order saying you could not complete the order. No refund has been made. You are complete and utter crooks.

Like many other reviewers I have had a terrible experience with this Company. They were supposed to deliver flowers and chocolates on 23 Dec for which I paid them £77 back on 12 December. They have not delivered and do not answer the phone or emails. This has ruined the intended surprise for the person I was sending them to. Truly shocking please avoid them

Let me down last minute, very unprofessional! Will never use again nor would I recommend them! Use of English grammar also leaves a lot to be desired! If I could give -1 I would!

Ordered flowers at 8am for lateset 2pm delivery, only to get an email at 1.10pm to say that they cant find a supplier to carry out. Avoid this comapnt, there just terrible, oh, and there contact number dosent work, so you can phone them either. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
