“I bought same day delivery of the sunshine box, very happy with the delivery, came within 3 hours and looks beautiful and nice size even though I only got the standard size! will order from again and I'll leave a good review on trustpilot as well!”

“I’ve never ordered from The Flower Shop before, but decided to use them for my brothers partners 60th birthday. The bouquet arrived on the specified day and I was told they were beautiful. So I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.”

Hello, unfortunately the delivery could not be carried our due to the flowers not being "taken possession of". Further to our telephone conversation, your account has been refunded and no charge made for the making up, and delivery of the flowers

“Although very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered, a lovely lady called Sheena responded very quickly and I was offered a 40% refund or 50% off next order, and I appreciate that the company want the best from there florists they use, so there apologies and and helpfulness in rectifying the matter was greatly appreciated, there customer service was exemplary.”

“The flower display was dissapointing, i know you say it cannot always be exactly as the picture, but I feel it was nothing like the picture and not as full, not good value for money!! Having said that the customer service when I complained was exemplary, not only offering a partial refund and a further discount of future purchases, which under the circumstances was fair. The flowers were ok for the receiver but just not what I felt like I ordered, i would definitely use again as the customer service was quick and very understanding and gave me confidence to use again”

“Would love to give 5 stars. The flowers were great and arrived on the same day. The only issue I have is I was never updated at all during the day and had to keep messaging my self to get updates. Apart from that I was happy. Will use again”
