The service was very good, however, I was underwhelmed by the flowers. Considering it was for my wife on our wedding anniversary. No glitter smaller than expected and freshness was questionable. No picture available as already dead

Rather disappointing. I ordered the largest size bunch at £70 and the bunch of flowers I received was very small in size and makes me wonder wether I had the correct size delivered. The flowers themselves were of good quality

I was a bit disappointed at the cost of my flowers. I chose the large size which was £53 so was expecting more flowers than I got.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the flower arrangement received on Christmas Eve, as it had very little resembalance to the picture of the flowers on your website. I understand that the final product may differ but many of the flowers from the picture were not present when delivered.

Whereas the flowers themselves were satisfactory the delivery was a disgrace the box clearly marked which way up it should be delivered it was upside down on the front step this was very difficult to see in photo sent but door was answered promptly and box found upside down resulting in some of the roses been damaged. I did rate DPD the delivery company poorly but have heard nothing from them since. I have looked for the photo since to forward to you but it seems to have gone.

They didn’t send the picked bouquet which was disappointing as it’s not cheap. sent a box filled with colourful flowers but not particularly well arranged

Sadly flowers not delivered on my god-daughters 30th birthday. Only informed of this at 17.00 on the day, so too late to replace on the day Delivered,16.00 the next day

Wanted same day delivery but despite ordering early it wasn’t available. Slightly disappointed. Difficult to get an answer as to whether they would be delivered the next day but they were and recipient pleased with them. Better communication would have seen a higher score.

Customer service was efficient, in the fact that they answered emails, however, one of my Christmas gifts was not delivered. The gift that was delivered was beautiful, the other one I'll never know...

Appreciate the same-day delivery but wasn't impressed with the flowers.!! The pastel gift box contained less than £15 worth of flowers - disappointed.

Sadly I’m very torn on this. I wanted 2 lots of flowers for the same person. Same address. Same day. But it had to be 2 separate orders. Delivery alone was nearly £15. Why ?? On the day only 1 order arrived. Absolutely beautiful. But it was masked by the 2nd order being a no show. It was for a special birthday. It took 34 calls to get an answer. 2 emails. Yes they gave an explanation. And were happy to give a refund. But now I have to wait 5-10 days for it. I think I’ll go elsewhere next time. Sadly.

The service was very sufficient and fast, the amount of flowers for the price was also very good, the flowers in themselves, seemed big and beautiful, but the bouquet looked too different from the one I ordered and not in a good way. And I also didn’t like that it didn’t show what card my greeting was written on. I was sending these flowers to a person where esthetics are very important, and what arrived I would never ever have chosen for him. I have used the Danish interflora many times, it’s a million times better, maybe get a bit of inspiration from them…😉

The flowers were gorgeous Delivery was 3 days late. I know this time of year is busy but don’t say you can deliver if you can’t. It’s 10 years since my friend died I wanted her family to know I was thinking of them. 3 days later is an after thought and came across dis respectful

The flowers were delivered a day later than they said they would be. The arrangement itself was very nice and most of the flowers looked OK but some were quite wilted, thankfully they revived after being in water for a while.

Well, The Flower Shops seems good but DPD delivery let’s them down. I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday to be delivered to the school she works on Friday. The flowers didn’t arrive on that day (a Friday) with DPD saying “delivery problems” in a text. So on Sat, I got a nice email from Craig at DPD saying flowers were delivered with a pic of the school front fence. The flowers had been lashed over the fence and were out of the box and box was all ripped and destroyed. The school gates are locked all weekend and by Monday, the flowers were dead and wilted. Fair enough, the flower shop refunded my money, but in the end, my wife didn’t get her flowers till Monday, and they were dead, so not a ringing endorsement from myself.

I purchased for a same-day flower delivery here in Dubai and did it online, however, apparently, there was a "riot" in the area of the delivery and hence it was not delivered on the same day. The Agent called me to inform the matter and was asked to do the delivery the next day, and I asked them to get it on time to be delivered and notify me if it was received. The ending is I still made a follow-up on them and they've been calling but have no response, which I have not. I ended up asking the recipient if they have received it, and thus spoiling the surprise. So I was not a so satisfied client, yes we cannot avoid the "riot" but should have followed up on this matter to update.

I ordered some flowers on Wednesday 23rd November and your website stated if I order before 7pm I would get next day delivery. My order was before 7pm and I got notified around 11:30 yesterday that my order was out for delivery, the email stated it would be delivered before 7pm. The order didn't get delivered until 9.28pm and the person they flowers were for had gone to bed at this point therefore the flowers were left on the doorstep and were not seen until this morning. The service that was offered was not received. I think this is more to do with the courier though than yourselves.
