Although very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered, a lovely lady called Sheena responded very quickly and I was offered a 40% refund or 50% off next order, and I appreciate that the company want the best from there florists they use, so there apologies and and helpfulness in rectifying the matter was greatly appreciated, there customer service was exemplary.
