I sent flowers as a Christmas gift but the recipient has reported that they are in extremely poor condition. She has tried to revive them but she says they are drooping and considers them ‘dead’ I am deeply disappointed and feel that my money has been wasted and obviously the recipient is deeply disappointed too.
