I will never use this company again!!
Firstly the bouquets do not reflect the price paid.
Secondly, they sent to the billed address and not the delivery address (which is just appalling)
Thirdly, I specifically asked for this to be delivered before 12pm and they arrived hours later, when no one was home.
These were a 70th birthday gift and it was ruined due to lack of service and professionalism in your field
