I needed some flowers for a friend's birthday. I had forgotten to order in advance so searched the internet for same-day delivery. I found this and made my order. I was notified the bouquet I ordered wasn't available until the next day and, if I wished, would be given a refund. As I needed the flowers delivered that day, I asked for an alternative bouquet. This was chosen by The Flower Shops and was beautiful. Delivered to my friend a few hours later. She was delighted!
