Booked an online same day delivery for a special friend who desperately needed cheering up. Booking taken and confirmed.. no delivery happened. Rang the next day (at great expense from USA to be told. " oh sorry, computer glitch, we will deliver today". No offer of compensation, no refund of the same day cemuvery fee ..not even an offer to send a nicer bouquet !
Subsequently i get a phone call on my cell phone (incurring more expense) to tell me that the flowers had been left outside my apartment in London because nobody was home. I had to point out that they had just delivered to the billing address for my credit card payment not the delivery address as specified. Driver did at least apologise and go back abd eventually deliver to the correct address
No follow up contact. No compensation and no apology to the recipient for the delay
