Excellent service, only a small gripe, I had ordered the flowers to be delivered to my wife's work address but had to change it to our home address, but didn't get a reply that my email had been looked at and the change was no problem. Just a email saying all OK would of saved a lot of angst as the flowers were a wedding anniversary present.
