I don’t ever write reviews but felt I should in this case. So disappointed with my order to express sympathy to a good friend. Bouquet did not replicate order at all and was mainly greenery. When the few flowers did bloom they did not fully open. The contract stipulated if any supply issues the product would be replaced with equivalent quantity and quality. No. A couple of emails expressing dissatisfaction with entire product and what was offered as compensation and subsequently been ignored. So sad for my friend who they were supposed to cheer up. I hope to get a satisfactory reply soon and that this feedback is taken on board.
