Ordered flowers and never had a confirmation they were delivered. When I chased this I was told I was emailed to say they could not fulfil the order. I have no record of this email - in my inbox, junk, deleted folders - no where. So somehow this wasn't sent or delivered...
Something definitely off.
Order has been refunded but no acknowledgement of compensation as requested.
