Appalling service! I placed 3 'next day delivery' orders before 5pm on a weekday and immediately received messages saying all 3 orders were confirmed. The next day (also a weekday, and the day the flowers were due to be delivered) I received messages at 11.30am telling me that delivery had not been possible and my orders had been cancelled. When I contacted the Flower Shop to ask if they could do better than this, I was told there was nothing they could do. The result is that I have placed new orders with a different company, and the flowers will all arrive later than planned. On the basis of this experience, I would advise against using this company.
