I ordered flowers day before I wanted delivered and received order confirmation.
The following day, when the flowers should have been delivered I received and email apologising and saying that they were "unable to keep their promise" as all the florists were fully booked. Ruined my day and made me look very bad indeed.
A truly shocking service that I will never use again. They are a disgrace.
