TheInsoleStore did not have the arch support I usually purchase in my size. This is the first time I have shopped at TheInsoleStore that they did not have the arch support in my size. I immediately contacted the store by email and got a quick response letting me know that they would have my size soon and would email to let me know when available. They did and I was able to order. This is great customer service. Most companies take days, if ever, to get back to an inquiry.
