I decided to order two inserts for my shoes. The customer rep was OUTSTANDING and combined the orders, gave me refund for shipping. I am not sure if these inserts will help, was told I could return them. I have to have berk shoes to walk correctly so I am trying to convert my shoes to Berks with the inserts.
