I hadn’t tried reusables but knew I wanted to and found the amount of different option's quite difficult to get my head round. I did the survey that the nappy lady offered and within 24/48hours I got some recommendations which were brilliant. I brought some and got an unexpected email with how to wash the nappies which was so helpful. The service is brilliant, really quick delivery and quality products. I have already recommended to a few of my friends
