“The communication was very good. The ethos of the company is excellent. The products, for our disabled granddaughter, not yet tested as they are a Christmas present, are soft and supple which is very important. They are not cheap, but hopefully they will last. "Buy once, buy well!" Is an appropriate saying.”

“Bought this for my daughter who uses period pants during her monthly cycle. It is perfect and discreet for her as before we were just having the period pants in a bowl on the side. Not pleasant. The drainage is brilliant and means that the pants can sit until they are washed and not be left somewhere wet.”

“I recently completed the nappy lady questionnaire. I've used cloth nappies on my 4 children previously but after a gap and giving my stash away I thought I'd try the questionnaire as felt a bit out of the nappy loop. The suggestions were all great. The things I've ordered so far were delivered quickly and are all great quality. Over all a very easy experience”

“I turned to the nappy lady as a last resort. My 8 M/o was consistently wetting through his pocket nappies in the night and I really didn't want to resort to disposables. Enter the nappy lady's nighttime bundle of 5 nox bamboo nappies and 2 mother ease wraps! Three days in and not a wet cot in sight. Thank you nappy lady for giving me the courage to continue with cloth.”

“Fast delivery Reasonable pricing Bought TNL hemp bum boosters as my baby is a heavy wetter and the boosters I bought second were far too bulky. I needed some slim line ones and whilst she still looks like the Michelin Man, it's much more comfortable for her and, so far, no leaks!”

“I bought Nox hemp fitted night nappies, coupled with mother ease Airflow wrap they gave my baby 12 hours sleep without need to change a nappy. It is an excellent product, they fit well and he looks very cozy. The delivery was fast too, so I highly recommend it!”
