“I have recently purchased Snazzipants Night Training Pants to support an upcoming school residential for my child who has the odd accident. On recieving the item for my 8 year old I found that the size ordered for 10-12years based on measurements was very small and restrictive. The boxer shorts left compression marks hours afterwards and is not an item I would recommend. My son is average size and extremely athletic. On messaging the customer service team I was basically told nothing could be done and they don't make the sizing it comes from the manufacturer. Personally I wouldn't recommend buying the product it's cost me almost £30 for a product that ist suitable due to poor sizing”

I'm really sorry you have found the Snazzipants to be too small for your child. Snazzipants suggest that the age range is a rough guide as children come in all shapes and sizes. It is always best to order based on the measurements rather than age. While your child was only 8 years old they measured at the top of the measurement guide for the 10-12 year old. Being at the top of the size range would leave the pants snug. As per our returns policy we accept returns of items for up to 100 days after purchase for a refund or exchange. However items must be as new and not washed or used. Unfortunately as you have washed and used the pants before trying them on for size we could sadly not accept them back. Snazzipants are a very popular item and you will be able to sell them on secondhand to recoup some of your outlay.

Hi, Sorry to hear you are struggling with your wool wraps i'd like to try and get them working for you and find out what is going wrong. The wool covers are just the water resistant part, is it important to use a reusable nappy that is absorbent enough for how much little one is weeing. I can't see any nappies on your order so if you can let me know what you're using we can ensure it's suitable for night time. If the nappy underneath the wool isn't absorbent enough even a wool wrap which allows for evaporation will leak. Wool covers also need to be lanolised before you use them otherwise they will leak. Did you follow this step before you used them? If so how many times and with which lanolin? Wool is the most breathable fibre but if the nappy underneath is too wet the wool will absorb too much urine and will feel wet as the lanolin is used up by the urine. I've emailed you direct as well so we can help advise you what is going wrong and how to fix it.
