“I have recently purchased Snazzipants Night Training Pants to support an upcoming school residential for my child who has the odd accident. On recieving the item for my 8 year old I found that the size ordered for 10-12years based on measurements was very small and restrictive. The boxer shorts left compression marks hours afterwards and is not an item I would recommend. My son is average size and extremely athletic. On messaging the customer service team I was basically told nothing could be done and they don't make the sizing it comes from the manufacturer. Personally I wouldn't recommend buying the product it's cost me almost £30 for a product that ist suitable due to poor sizing”

I'm really sorry you have found the Snazzipants to be too small for your child. Snazzipants suggest that the age range is a rough guide as children come in all shapes and sizes. It is always best to order based on the measurements rather than age. While your child was only 8 years old they measured at the top of the measurement guide for the 10-12 year old. Being at the top of the size range would leave the pants snug. As per our returns policy we accept returns of items for up to 100 days after purchase for a refund or exchange. However items must be as new and not washed or used. Unfortunately as you have washed and used the pants before trying them on for size we could sadly not accept them back. Snazzipants are a very popular item and you will be able to sell them on secondhand to recoup some of your outlay.

“Really pleased with my purchases, I bought two different types to try, they are so comfy to wear, being 100% cotton is a big plus for me as I get exzema and these don't irritate. They are wide enough, long enough and absorbent enough for there to be no leaks. Happy customer 👍 I'm so pleased I found this company. Was impressed how fast the delivery was as well.”

“Having completed the questionnaire to find the best Nappies for me; I decided that I needed some additional advise as I was unsure as to which of the several options would work best. I booked a personal shopper appointment and it was the best thing I did. I could look at the different options see how it all worked and then was able to walk around the warehouse and get myself started. I left feeling more prepared, with tips and tricks and know that if I need it I can get more support. I cannot recommend The Nappy Lady enough.”
