I had massive problems with the delivery of my order from the nappy lady. These problems caused me to lose faith in what I thought was a reputable company. However, the customer service (as long as it's not on Friday afternoons) was OUTSTANDING! All of the issues arose from DPD and their (lack) of delivery services which ended up with my parcel being in a village 6 miles away. However, Anna was fabulous in investigating this issue, following it up and constantly communicating with me. Any faith that I had lost was definitely put back (& re-inforced) through this EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you Anna and the team
