I had a memory from childhood of what I wanted, spoke with Ann, who not only was attentive, she was patient and ( without being condescending or irritated or offended) she provided me with information and guidance that helped me make informed decisions on my baby shopping list. She provided me with a positive experience during this pregnancy journey. I communicated with them via email and phone, and they responded swiftly, and i got my order quick.
