The company were great to deal with, order went ahead with no problems and they kept in contact to let me know that the bed could be shipped earlier than expected and to arrange a suitable date and time. Delivery was grand and the packaging was excellent and all recyclable. The bed is lovely and sturdy and looks as if it will last for ages. I enlisted the help of a strong mate as I struggled to get the headboard sections into place. He's a joiner & says it's because the bed is made almost millimetre perfect. His advice is to have 2 people - one to hold in place and the other to use another bit of wood on top of the section so you can welly it with the hammer & not damage the bed section! All in all good company and product & would use again.
