Very impressed with this company.
The bed is very sturdy and well constructed and quite simple to put together though I would recommend two people and the use of a mallet+wooden block plus the use of electric drill/screwdriver to make the process simpler.
The customer service is excellent with very prompt polite replies and all questions answered exactly. Delivery was also excellent with a phone call telling me the bed was ready for dispatch and when would I like it delivered.
I would buy again if I found the need for another bed.
