An excellent company, from Catherine on phone through to the final product, everything was straightforward and above expectation. I wanted an alteration to the headboard that I assumed would be too complicated but it was easily accommodated. I was advised as soon as the bed was ready for dispatch and delivery was as scheduled. The bed was very well engineered with tight fitting joints and it assembled without any issues. I had someone help me to assemble the bed and I’d recommend that as it’s a lot easier than tightening the joints on your own. I ordered the light stain which was a little too light for my room, I should have asked for a sample but that was my fault, hopefully it will darken over time. Most importantly the bed looks and feels solid, I’m very pleased with my purchase.
