Really well made bed and fairly easy to put together. I bought a super king model 1 and I'm very pleased with the first couple of weeks of use! Delivery was on the longer limit of what was advised but communication was clear it was a very short turn around of about 36 hours from being ready to delivery to it landing at my house. Put together in less than an hour, using a drill. It would be possible using a screwdriver but it would have taken a good while longer so I would recommend having a drill available. The instructions were clear in the main however there was one detail which wasn't. Where the matress sits within the frame the extra support wants to be on the bottom of the rails, not the top as described in the instructions. In fairness though this was resolved very quickly when I phoned. On the whole though I would certainly recommend.
