"I ordered a watch for my girlfriends birthday. The first one was delivered as expected, but the watch wasn't working. Contacted customer services and they gave me a return address. They sent a second watch, and this one turned up and didn't work either. It was only after the third attempt that I finally received a watch that worked.....three weeks after my girlfriends birthday. OK, so I got my postage refunded but not anything to compensate for not received working goods (twice) and the annoyance and disappointment that the whole experience left me with. Will not use TIC watches again."
