“WARNING Tic watches were caught selling counterfeit watches by trading standards and now in Administration as of July 2023 (Google it for confirmation). DO NOT BUY A THING !!!!! They dont state on any of their selling platforms they have entered liquidation and they will cancel the sale after your payment is accepted and not send a thing and keep your money to pay off their debts - they will just pass you the details of their creditors and send you a basic "sorry" message. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.”

“As a US customer, I was concerned ordering a package from overseas, what with bad experiences in the past. I was super pleased with the prompt shipping (free DHL Express!). The communication was also excellent, and the price was lower than all US retailers for the model I purchased. My watch arrived exactly as ordered and I love it. Will definitely shop with Tic Watches again!”

“Looks fake very light and i could not compare it the Michael Kors I am used to. Very disappointed plus the return policy was very vague and I was not able to contact customer service. $120 return shipping”

We can then email a free DHL returns label as not sure where you got quoted $120 return shipping fees but this sounds very expensive. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Tic Watches

“Ordering was easy and customer service was fast. I screwed up and set the shipping address to my office, which I've only seen twice since Covid, and when I contacted them to get it corrected, they responded very quickly and were able to help. Shipping was fast too. The order went thru on a Monday and I received my new watch on Thursday, despite shipping for the UK to the US.”

“I live in Los Angeles and found an Accurist chronograph watch that I liked. I investigated several shops and websites to find the best offer on purchase of the watch and Tic watches was, by far, the best. Further, they communicated with me quickly and, amazingly, I received the watch within 4 days after purchase, the watch having been shipped by DHL from the UK to Los Angeles. The watch is quality and well-priced. Thank you Tic Watches!”

“I'm in the middle of the U.S. and was internet shopping on a Saturday afternoon. I bought a watch from Tic Watches and a couple of things from camera shops in New York. My new Watch arrived from Tic before my other Saturday purchases - packaged well and quickly delivered by DHL without any shipping charge. I'll buy from Tic Watches again- Great!”
