Ordering was easy and customer service was fast. I screwed up and set the shipping address to my office, which I've only seen twice since Covid, and when I contacted them to get it corrected, they responded very quickly and were able to help.
Shipping was fast too. The order went thru on a Monday and I received my new watch on Thursday, despite shipping for the UK to the US.
