I received a faulty radar detector from this seller. I requested a refund as per the 14d period within the EU Consumer rights directive but have received a response which basically says to send the unit for inspection to a 3rd party company in CZ.
The after-sales attitude is very disappointing and as a result, I would not recommend this seller to anyone.
