Webshop received payment for my order twice by accident, and are now refusing completely that they have received two payments from me - one bank transfer and one credit card payment, where the webshop owner denies that he had received the credit card payment.
My bank has been helpful with an official letter to the webshop confirming that as of February 4, 2021 the money has been received by the merchant (Toms Car Hifi). Still no luck with owner, Herr Seifert that still refuses any and all knowledge of such transfer of money.
Very bad customer service, no willingness at all to listen to the customer or find a solution, very short and abrupt answers by mail by Herr Seifert.
By no means will I be able to recommend trading with these guys. I’m just hoping to see my missing €658 at some point - no small amount. Come on, TCH. You should be able to do better?
