On the 31st of May, I paid 107.90 euros for the ZSI-683. Seller confirmed the order (Order Number 188310) and stated that it will arrive. On the 3rd of June, seller sent an email claiming that they no longer have stock etc and recommended an inferior product. I declined the offer and requested they refund the full amount. Seller has refused to refund the full amount and claimed that they’ll deduct 15euros according to their ‘terms and condition’. There are multiple reviews about how they scam customers online with discontinued/unavailable products. It is surprising that Germany is actively allowing a scam company to rip of buyers. For those who have suffered, please PM me, I am in the middle of filing a complain with the ECC and Bafin, with more cases, they will take this even more seriously. Also, contacting local German newspapers to publish this.
