I ordered yesterday tool by 10:30 still not received I pay 20£ for delivery is fine.Call customer service which is very helpful but they told me I can claim delivery charge for late delivery myself.I try to do it but I haven't got tracking number provided also when I try only account holder for DHL can do it.So I left still without tool.Still waiting.Post code is TN248QB
And is under different name not on review but they have my details in system I ordered USPRO 6270.
