I can only imagine the reviews on this site are created by Top Tech, as their reputation is anything but reputable. See https://www.complaintsboard.com/top-tech-electronics-b132797 for the over 20 complaints of those who never received a product or received shoddy electronics. My review is also included, I ordered 2 laptops and 15 days later no product...although i was repeatedly reassured it was being expedited, and 1 email that said it actually shipped. Thankfully I thought to ask for a tracking number, and although they thought that would make me happy, after 3 days of checking the number I saw only a label was created..never shipped. Cancelled the order. I would advise anyone to AVOID this company like the plaugue!
