“I bought a Christmas sweater on November 28th, today is January 10th and I still have not received it. I have been asking for a refund since Christmas and they refuse to do it because they say it is on its way. They took 20 days to ship it and now don't want to take responsibility. Stay away!!!”

“Echoing other reviews, Toptech robs its customers. Thankfully it was only over $24, but they stressed they’d “fight” me hard before providing any thorough customer service. They could not provide a point of contact for me to call or a different point of escalation. I placed an order on 11/27. The site policy guarantees that all orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days. After almost 2 weeks, I reached out for a status update, as a holiday was approaching, and I would be moving. They offered a 25% restocking fee, which I was fine with. However, they disregarded my request for a refund with a 25% loss and shipped the item. They guaranteed it would arrive prior to 12/18. It is now 12/31 the item was supposedly delivered to my prior address today many states away. Not only did their policy guarantee shipping within the 3 to 7 business days, they also guaranteed I would receive the product prior to moving with neither guarantee being met. Instead, they told me I was robbing them when asking for their reasoning to why they didn’t issue the refund as requested with a restocking fee. They also told me I was a liar, and that the item should be in my possession, when it was made clear weeks ago, I had an effective move date. The initial request was for them to simply cancel the order or update the address, instead, they fully profited and were rude.”

“Product received was not even close to product ordered. I paid for expedited shipping and was still late. Disputing through PayPal and the company offered a poor response of a partial $20 refund.”

“Well after a year I finally understand why top tech had such bad reviews. I spoke to the owner and manager name Sam he was a very nice gentleman and he explained to me that there is an inventory shortage and there was a surplus of orders that were ordered and they were unable to do anything as their merchant processor started to automatically chargeback orders On the customers behalf this happened between PayPal elevon and Adam Niec with whatever payments company he’s with now Everything is all straightened out they’ll know I know that for sure I spoke to the manager and owner and I stopped in they are shipping roughly 2 to !300 laptops a month”

“Worst merchant ever you would come across. Their website detailing is so misleading and incorrect. They sent me a used laptop manufactured over 12 years ago and barely works. You can’t reach anyone to speak with . Their warranty is fake. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM.”

“Don't order from them. I ordered 4 laptops for my dental office. It took two months of calling and emailing to finally receive them. They had sticky material all over the mouse pad and wrist rest area. They did not have legitimate Windows licenses, rather, they had HackTool viruses. This company is completely fake and will sell you non-genuine computers. Avoid at all costs. You will waste your time and money. I am still trying to get my money back, and it's been four months.”

Then, the Windows 10 license expires on you because they fraudulently used a "Group License" that expires months after you bought the laptop!! All the while, they don't answer emails, phonecalls or texts. They are nothing more than common criminals, STAY AWAY!!”
